Project Brain Light is a graduate student-led outreach group whose mission is to cultivate interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)-related fields by providing students with interactive science experiences they may not readily receive in the classroom. Supported by the Center for the Study of Diversity at University of Delaware, Project Brain Light additionally aims to foster and strengthen relations between academia and surrounding communities, with a particular emphasis on those historically underrepresented in STEM.
